Heather Warncke

Heather Warncke is an Internet technologist and operations architect, with over 12 years of experience in the field--including executive, technical officer, and founder roles. Heather is currently assigned to Microsoft Research (MSR), where she is focused on technical collaborations specifically meant to improve Microsoft's Search, WindowsLive and MSN products. She is also an avid road and track cyclist, currently sponsored for competition by the Starbucks-Seattle Cancer Care Alliance team.

Heather's beloved wife, performance artist and psychologist Rose Hill, died in January 2008 of breast cancer at age 31.

Nissa Hamilton

Nissa Hamilton has worked in the computer industry for over 20 years and is currently an employee of Microsoft Corporation. Nissa feels that marriage should be a fundamental right for all people and joined this project to help raise awareness for Marriage Equality.
Amy McElhaney

Amy McElhaney has been a software engineer for the past 27 years and is currently employed with Microsoft. Amy believes that all people have the right to pursue happiness as defined in our constitution and that marriage is included in that basic human right. And like all involved in this project she joined to help raise awareness for Marriage Equality.
